Provider Declaration & Terms of Participation
Welcome to the Elder Care Together WP Directory. To maintain the highest standard of trust for the families who use our platform, all healthcare providers and facility owners are required to adhere to the following terms:
1. Accuracy & Integrity of Data
The provider ensures that all clinical information submitted—including nursing capabilities (NGT, wound care, suctioning), staffing types, and medical equipment—is true and reflects the actual day-to-day operations of the facility. Providing intentionally misleading clinical data is grounds for immediate removal.
2. Clinical Transparency for Families
The provider acknowledges that our primary audience is the ‘Sandwich Generation’ and medical professionals. Listings should be as detailed as possible to allow families to make safe, medically-sound decisions without unnecessary physical travel to facilities that do not meet their clinical needs.
3. Licensing & Professional Standards
While Elder Care Together is an independent directory, we prioritize facilities that are compliant with Malaysian regulatory bodies (JKM, KKM, and SSM). Providers should be prepared to provide license numbers upon request to achieve ‘Verified’ status.
4. Media & Intellectual Property
By uploading photos or logos, the provider confirms they own the rights to this media and grants Elder Care Together a non-exclusive license to display these images to promote the listing.
5. Updates & Maintenance
Providers are responsible for ensuring their information remains current. Significant changes in pricing, services, or management should be updated on the portal within 30 days.
6. Right of Moderation
Elder Care Together reserves the right to edit descriptions for clarity or remove listings that violate our community standards or receive consistent, verified complaints regarding resident safety.
